Hi there! I'm Queso, but my foster family likes to call me "no puppy" because I'm already getting to be a big boy, though don't worry-I'm still just a pup at heart! I was born on July 13, 2024. I'm a playful, sweet, and curious little guy who loves to explore the world around me. Right now I weigh about 20 lbs and I should grow up to be a medium sized dog - maybe the perfect size to snuggle on the couch or go on adventures with you! I am super friendly and love all kinds of creatures! Whether you've got other dogs, cats or just humans around I'm your new best friend. I'm always ready to play and have a good time with anyone who's up for it. My foster siblings are so much fun to hang out with, but I'm also just as happy curling up for a nap after a long day of playtime. I've already got some important skills under my belt- I'm crate trained and potty trained. My foster family is so proud of me for that. I'm also really good at following directions (well most of the time), but I'm still a puppy so I'll need a family that's ready to help me keep learning and growing. I love getting treats and praise, so training is a fun way to bond with my humans. I can't' wait to learn even more tricks and be the best boy I can be! One thing to note is that I need to stay local to DFW. That way the Pup Patrol can get me neutered and microchipped when I am about 6 months old-just part of making sure I'm ready for my forever family. I'm super excited to meet my future family and be your best buddy, whether we're playing in the yard, going for walks, or just snuggling up on the couch.
