This very sweet 6 year old spayed American Pit Bull, weighing 65 lbs., is in search of a home she can call her own. She is a very outgoing, loving and gentle pup that just wants to have someone to play with and show her the respect she deserves. Harriett was given back to rescue when her owner lost his home and could no longer care for her. She loves all people (big and small) but, not always other canines. She would probably do best in a home as an only dog. How she would do with cats is unknown at this time. She is housetrained, walks great on a leash and loves riding in the car. Because of these qualities, Harriett would make a wonderful travel companion, going to the store and parks with you. Harriett has had her shots, wormed, on heartworm preventative, and is micro chipped.
