Mars is a male miniature pinscher (possible mix) estimated to be 1.5 - 2.5 years old, and approximately 14.5lbs with a slight underbite. He was rescued from a shelter one day before euthanasia.

Mars is neutered, microchipped, HW negative, on monthly heartworm prevention, up to date on vaccinations and is doing well on his housetraining. He gets along with our female rottweiler and two chihuahua's. He plays a little hard with our bigger dog and seems to pay little attention to our smaller ones. So far he is very curious about cats, but I haven't allowed him to be in the same area as ours.

I would only recommend Mars in a home with younger children IF those children know how to treat animals because he will give warnings, so an adult should be present as he becomes acclimated to his new home; However, our 3 year old does fine with him.
