Matti is a 2-yr old PB Rat Terrier. She was rescued in front of the Garland City Shelter when her owner was on their way in to surrender this little girl to the shelter. She is fully vetted. She will need a very special home because she is terrified of anyone she does not know. It took her three days to come out of her kennel and accept her foster mom and the other pups and kitties in her foster home. Once Matti decides a person is ok she is very affectionate and wants to be held and petted, but if a strange person just reaches out to try and pet her she will grown and snap.
