My name is Jersey. I was born around June of 2016. I am a white/black, female Chihuahua/Rat Terrier mix. My mom is a registered Chihuahua and my dad is a registered Rat Terrier. I weigh around 3 lbs currently. I am an affectionate girl who loves to give kisses to everyone. My mom, brother and I were surrendered to DFW Pup Patrol because our previous owner was unable to properly care for us. I am so ready to find my forever home. My favorite place in the whole world is the back yard. I just love to run through and roll around in the grass.

I love having lots of toys to chew on. My teeth are pretty sharp so I need appropriate chew toys or I will find something to chew on!  I sleep in a crate with my brother but when the sun comes up and I’m ready to play. I’m trying my best to be able to jump on the couch but can’t quite make it because of my little legs.  My foster family is working with me on potty training. I’m too little for leash training at this time but will learn about it soon!  I will need a patient family who will teach me how to be a good dog as I grow.
